Once named on the best places to play golf in Texas by Golf Digest, the course formerly known as The Club at Runaway Bay has undergone a complete transformation in the last few years under new ownership.
RB Golf Club & Resort is a beautiful place to send balls flying off the greens. With cascading views to the lake, the course is a charming destination away from the hustle and bustle of DFW. Experience getting back to nature as the greens carry you to hole after hole.

RB Golf Club & Resort offers the only 18-hole golf course in either Wise or Jack counties. You'll find RB Golf Club & Resort conveniently located on State Highway 380, 20 minutes from Decatur and less than an hour drive from either Denton or Fort Worth.
The property is uniquely situated on Lake Bridgeport at the far northern tip of the Texas Hill Country, and features abundant live oak trees, rolling hills, and lake views.
RE-DISCOVER
Founded in the 1960s and historically operated as The Club at Runaway Bay, the course and facilities were taken over by new ownership in March 2018. The course has been upgraded with champion Bermuda grass and a new covered driving range pavilion overlooking Lake Bridgeport.
The clubhouse is currently being completely remodeled.
